This recent piece was published by HBR.org on Nov 3, 2020, and is called Talking About Mental Health with Your Employees - Without Overstepping by Deborah Grayson Riegel. This is a timely, short, and practical article about how to talk with your employees about their mental health, and it approaches it in a very sensitive way. There is also a really great side section on Active Listening towards the end of the article that can be helpful for both CS Leaders when interacting with their teams and for CSMs in their dealings with clients.
