Practical

This program isn’t leadership theory, it is leadership practice, specifically in customer success. We teach you how to think about leadership through the lens of customer success. While we offer classes on management basics, we always present the specifics that are important to a CS leader.

The Success League teaches customer success leaders to be focused on data: customer value, metrics, goals, and outcomes. We prepare them to work with senior executives and board members and deliver a solid return on investment in customer success.

As a CS leader, you need the skills to build a CS program, scale it for growth, and refine it over time. The Success League offers a series of 15 online, expert-led classes designed for success leaders, each with a business model you can use to set up your program, drive change, build your team, and demonstrate your program’s performance. Started in 2017, our CS Leadership Certification program is the longest running CS leadership training program in the field and is backed by over 100 years in combined experience from our team.
