The Success League’s training program is accredited through the Customer Success Association, the longest-running association in our field. This program has been in place since 2017, teaching thousands of CS professionals and leaders.
Instructors are customer success leaders with the experience to guide group discussions, answer questions, and tailor content to each unique person and their program. Peer learning is also a favorite part of our public classes.
Our team was transitioning to a more robust account engagement model, and was in need of alignment on the basics of customer success. I found each of The Success League's certification modules to have very relevant application to the needs of our team. The Success League helped us build a team with the core skills needed for our business.
