As a consulting firm, we are committed to a neutral approach to product selection. Our collaboration with Strikedeck on the Strikedeck Radio podcast does not impact this neutral approach. Our customers' specific needs are the only driver of our work in helping to select and roll out CS technology. While we often co-market with CS technology vendors, these are unpaid engagements and do not imply that we endorse any one particular vendor across the board. There are lots of great CS technology solutions out there, and we work to help our customers select and optimize the options that are right for their business.
